Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing nerdonstudio.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to purchase from our shop.

3. Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

4. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include consumption tax (消費税) where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly.

5. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, out-of-stock items). We will refund payment if an order is cancelled.

6. Payment

We accept credit cards (via Stripe) and Japanese payment methods including Konbini, PayPay, Bank Transfer, Pay-easy, and Merpay (via Komoju). Payment must be completed before order processing begins.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. We currently ship within Japan. International shipping may be available on request.

Once shipped, delivery is handled by our carrier partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or recipient unavailability.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. We will replace or refund items that are:

• Damaged during shipping
• Defective in manufacturing
• Different from what was ordered (our error)

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@nerdonstudio.com with photos of any issue. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — artwork, designs, text, logos, and code — is the property of 合同会社NERDON or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content without our written permission.

Personal, non-commercial use of purchased products is permitted as intended (e.g., displaying a poster in your home). Resale of our work is not permitted without prior agreement.

10. Custom Commissions

Custom commission work (portraits, illustration, branding projects) is governed by a separate agreement provided at booking. Deposits are typically non-refundable once work has begun.

11. Disclaimers

This site and all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 合同会社NERDON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kyoto, Japan (京都地方裁判所).

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
